Newly Diagnosed Guide

Dear ALS Professionals,

We're excited to share this Newly Diagnosed Guide and hope it can become a valuable resource for the families you serve.

Having worked as Director of Care Services for the ALS Association Arizona Chapter for 12 years and having been a member of four ALS clinic teams, I wanted to help create the type of user-friendly guide that I would have wanted to share with my families.

We encourage you to share this free online resource. We're happy to mail two-sided glossy flyers that you can hand to families or include in new patient packets. You can also print and share this one-page downloadable PDF flyer. Feel free to email me with flyer requests or any questions at kim@youralsguide.com.

Thank you for all you do,

Kim Hughes
Content Director
Your ALS Guide

P.S. We can also mail you flyers for our ALS Power Wheelchair Guide, ALS Respiratory Guide, and ALS Braces Guide upon request.
